CM was founded in the 1990s in Italy. In the beginning, the company worked mainly as a subcontractor in the metallurgy sector.

Over the years, it evolved and started to develop its first equipment for the recycling and construction sectors, i.e. crusher buckets, electric crushers and screening and mixing buckets. Motivated by determination, professionalism and love of work, new equipment was developed, expanding the product portfolio with asphalt milling machines, sweeping buckets and vibratory plate compactors.

Recently, the MULTISKID RC radio-controlled skid steer loader has been added to its product range, capable of operating with different tools such as trenching wheels, asphalt milling machines, crushing and screening buckets and a long etcetera.
